Terms and returns policy

Flitwick Motorcycles Express is the online trading name for Flitwick Motorcycles. We will accept payment for orders in our e-store using PAYPAL or credit card (we accept MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO, JCB, and debit cards. We do not accept DINERS CLUB or American Express).


Should you wish to pay other than by credit card then you can send cheque / postal order / international money order, together with the exact details of your requirements to our mailing address. Payments should be in POUNDS STERLING.


All prices are inclusive of United Kingdom taxes. Generally, all goods dispatched will need to be signed for, so it is essential that there is someone in to receive the goods. Please ensure that addresses shown are accurate and correspond to the Post Office official post code address, to avoid goods going missing, or non-delivery. We cannot be held responsible if these conditions are not adhered to.


Please note we will not dispatch to post office box numbers, either within the United Kingdom or anywhere else in the world- any orders placed on this basis will not be processed.

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on these days will not be processed until Tuesday, regardless of the method of delivery selected.


Flitwick Motorcycles express advice prospective buyers that the images on the pages of our e-store are intended as a guide only. Whilst these are derived from actual photographs, variations in colour of monitor phosphors and other display hardware may mean that actual colours and visible details of items might vary slightly from what you will see on screen. The buyer should satisfy him or herself that the product which he or she orders from Flitwick Motorcycles express e-store will be suitable for his or her intended use before finalising purchase.


Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we have a no quibble 14 day returns policy.

If the goods are faulty, or damaged on arrival, please email or phone to advise, and we will refund the full value of the goods including postage costs. We can arrange collection if required.

If you change your mind, or have ordered the wrong item, please ring or e-mail to advise you are returning, and we will refund the full value of the goods, all we ask is that the postage and packing is paid for**. Alternately we can arrange a replacement size FOC.

All goods returned must be in the original packaging, un-used, undamaged* with all tags and visor films intact, in saleable condition and adequately packed for safe return.  Please return using recorded delivery (**we can arrange collection at a cost if required)*.

In case of any claims for faulty or damaged goods, the items should be returned to our premises for inspection / repair / replacement at the management's discretion.

*These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
