Shipping Charges
We try to get all orders that are placed before 2:00PM, out the same day however we are closed on a Sunday and Monday, so no dispatching will take place on these days.
Free Shipping on all orders over £24.99. Over 1Kg sent by 24 hr courier and by1st Class recorded up to 1Kg.
All orders below £24.99 will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Post at a cost of £4.99
For Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey & Jersey there is a surcharge of £8.00 (which will be added automatically at checkout) please use shipping calculator for applicable post codes. These orders will be shipped on a 2-3 day service.
We do not ship outside the UK, this includes all European (EU) countries, including currently Southern Ireland. This is due to the export changes following the UK's departure from the European Union, with the extensive additional export paperwork and requirements making those exports uneconomical. We will be happy to ship to a freight forwarder that you engage yourselves, as long as that forwarder is based in the UK and has a verifiable UK Address. Thank you for your understanding. If that option is chosen, we will not be help liable for the forwarding beyond arrival to the freight companies address.
Extenuating Circumstances
We endeavour to dispatch all ordered goods as soon as possible after payment has cleared.
However, sometimes due to extreme weather conditions the postal service and the delivery companies we use do not collect the goods, or the delivery is severely delayed.
In some parts of the country, due to ice and snow making many roads in the UK impassable and dangerous, our delivery may unfortunately be delayed. This is beyond our control.
