Does what it says on the, er, box.
Was easy to assemble. You'll need two ratchets with 10mm socket to attach this item but that is explained clearly in the instructions. I'm using my Harris rear paddock stand which works a treat. I hope I never find out how good the crash protection is but I am sure it's up to R&G's usual high standards. Also, quite cheap really for the potential damage saving and usefulness of using a bobbins paddock stand.
